K&C offers structural engineering services pertaining to the construction of office buildings, hospitals, and industrial facilities.  These services include complete design packages (drawings, specifications, and shop drawings), construction supervision, and interaction with contractors and other professionals during the planning, design, and construction phases of a project. K&C has performed these services for numerous projects in the form of new designs, additions to existing facilities, and seismic upgrades. K&C has worked throughout the U.S. and is familiar with a variety of design codes and the design techniques for seismic, wind, and snow loads.

K&C is also familiar with the special provisions of the design code related to the seismic resistance to be afforded by essential facilities.  We have performed numerous PMC (probable maximum loss) studies of existing buildings related to their seismic resistance.
