K&C Presenting at Strange Loops for Crowd Modeling

Crowd Modeling

K&C’s Tomas Diaz will be presenting Crowd Dynamics, RL and Unity: A Journey, about one of K&C’s R&D projects at Strange Loops. The talk will be taking place at the Conference on Friday, October 1, 2021 at Union Station in St. Louis, MO. Diaz will present the research accomplished to-date and discuss his journey with Unity and Reinforcement Learning.  “This talk attempts to distil and describe how three fields – crowd dynamics, reinforcement learning and data assimilation – can come together to offer a new approach to crowd modeling. I’m excited to share this work at Strange Loop, a conference whose talks have always left me inspired”, Diaz explains. K&C is looking forward to furthering this research and development project with Mr. Diaz.
